PAUL is a popular chain of French bakeries with a long tradition dating back to 1889. The
original bakery was established in the town of Croix in northern France by the Holder family,
whose descendants still lead the company today. PAUL now offers authentic French bakery
and pastry products worldwide. It entered the Czech Republic in 2008 and quickly gained
popularity thanks to its high-quality bread, traditional recipes, and emphasis on fresh
ingredients. Today, there are around 20 locations in Prague.
PAUL’s range includes fresh baguettes, croissants, traditional French desserts, as well as a
wide variety of sandwiches and salads. The menu wouldn't be complete without the delicate
macarons, made famous by PAUL. The selection is enhanced with seasonal offerings and
specialties.

Most PAUL locations offer seating with a unique, authentic atmosphere where customers can
enjoy their favourite pastries along with high-quality coffee. This concept has become popular
with both locals and tourists, who come to PAUL for an authentic French bakery experience
